Right of Return in Software Sales and Legal Regulations
Various laws and regulations have been enacted in Turkey to protect consumer rights. Under Article 48 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers are granted the right of withdrawal in distance sales contracts. However, pursuant to Article 15/1-b of the same law, digital content and software that are instantly fulfilled are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, software licenses delivered digitally cannot be returned. However, if the product does not meet the specified features or does not function properly, our support team will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Exceptions
According to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Instantly Delivered Digital Products: Software licenses, digital keys, and services provided electronically.
- Copyable Software and Programs: In accordance with relevant regulations, digitally delivered and copyable software cannot be returned.
In this context, digitally delivered software licenses and activation codes cannot be returned or canceled once they have been delivered.

Incorrect Product Purchase

If you have purchased the wrong product and the license has not yet been delivered, we can cancel your order.
Once the license has been delivered, returns or exchanges cannot be made due to incorrect purchases.
