To unsubscribe from newsletters, announcements, and SMS notifications, click on the "My Account" link and go to the "Membership Information" tab. On this page, uncheck the box next to "I want to receive newsletters, campaign news, and SMS notifications" to cancel your subscriptions.

How Can I Start Receiving Newsletters, Announcements, and SMS Notifications?

To subscribe to newsletters, announcements, and SMS notifications, you can select the "I want to receive newsletters, campaign news, and SMS notifications" option when filling out the membership form. Newsletters and announcements will be sent to your registered email address, and SMS messages will be sent to the mobile number provided in your profile. You can cancel or restart this subscription at any time. To subscribe later, go to the "Membership Information" tab under the "My Account" menu and check the relevant box.

How Can I Cancel My Membership?

To cancel your membership, click the "My Account" button in the upper right corner of the main page. Go to the "Membership Information" section within your account details and select the "Delete My Membership" option at the bottom of the page to delete your membership information.

How Can I Place an Order?

To shop on our website:
    • Add the product you want to purchase to your cart.
    • To buy the products in your cart, click on the "My Cart" link in the upper right corner, then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Alternatively, you can also use the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the pop-up window that automatically appears when you add a product to your cart.
    • On the "Complete Order" page, enter your address information and order note, then click "Continue" to proceed to the payment page.
    • On the payment page, choose your payment method and click the "Complete Order" button to finalize your purchase.

How Can I Check My Order Status?

In the upper right corner of our website, click on the "My Account" link and go to the "My Orders" tab. In the opened screen, you can view the status of all your past and current orders. Simply click on the order in question to view detailed information about the preparation, shipping, or invoicing stages.

Can I Add a New Product to My Order After It Has Been Placed?

Once your order has been placed, you cannot add new items to it. However, you can create a new order for the additional items.

Can I Cancel an Item or the Entire Order After Placing It?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

How Can I Specify the Email Address for My Order Delivery?

Your order will be sent to the email address you used to log into the site. If you would like it sent to a different email address, please create a new address and specify it during checkout.

How Will I Know My Order Has Been Confirmed?

How Long Will Products in My Cart Be Reserved?

How Are Defective Products Returned?

If a product is defective, the customer has the right to request a refund, exchange with a flawless product, a discount for another product, or free repair. When a defective product is returned or an exchange or repair is requested, these processes are typically completed within 20 (twenty) business days by law.
