Processing of personal data and purposes of processing As Yokyok, in the capacity of data controller, we may collect personal and/or sensitive personal data via our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels, and/or any channels, subject to your consent, in whole or in part. Transfer of Personal Data Yokyok may share your personal data only based on your explicit consent or under the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law, taking adequate security measures, both domestically and abroad, to conduct the Company's activities, facilitate the business relationship between the data owners and our customers, and/or conduct negotiations for this purpose, to provide services, offer opportunities and benefits, and improve service quality. These may be shared with our group companies, business partners, customers with whom we have contractual obligations, suppliers, auditing companies, public institutions or authorities authorized to request this data, and other relevant authorities as required by law.
